Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 17, 2026
SheetsForKids respects your privacy. This page explains what data we process, why, and how to exercise your rights. The site is intended for parents and teachers; it is not designed to be used directly by children.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of SheetsForKids. For any question about your data, contact us at amine.isg@gmail.com or via our Contact page.
2. Data we collect
▪ Data you provide: your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter; your name, email and message if you use the contact form.
▪ Data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and usage data, via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section).
▪ The worksheets you generate (child’s first name, theme, level) are processed in your browser to produce the PDF and are not stored on our servers.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
▪ Provide the service (worksheet generation) — performance of the service / legitimate interest.
▪ Send the newsletter — your consent (withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link).
▪ Reply to your messages — legitimate interest in handling your request.
▪ Audience measurement and ad serving — your consent, collected via the consent banner.
4. Advertising — Google AdSense
This site displays ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites.
Google’s advertising cookie (including the DoubleClick / “DART” cookie) enables Google and its partners to serve ads. Because this site’s content is family-oriented, we request appropriate treatment from Google; depending on your consent, ads may be non-personalized.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party cookies via aboutads.info and Your Online Choices.
For more information, see Google’s privacy policy.
5. Cookies and consent
We use strictly necessary cookies (site operation), audience-measurement cookies and advertising cookies. Non-essential cookies are only set after your consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time and configure your browser to refuse cookies.
6. Children’s privacy
SheetsForKids is a tool intended for parents and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. There are no child accounts, and generating worksheets does not require any child data to be sent to our servers (any first name entered stays in the browser).
In line with GDPR and COPPA, if you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can delete it without delay.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our technical sub-processors: hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), advertising provider (Google), audience-measurement tool and email-sending service, solely for the purposes described above.
8. Retention
Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Usage data is retained in accordance with our analytics providers’ retention periods.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to amine.isg@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Changes take effect upon publication.
